Payments and Refunds

Payment Terms:

• All fees are due according to the specified payment schedule
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Zelle, check, and cash
• Online payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Late payments may result in service interruption

Refund Policy:

• Program fees: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of enrollment. A partial refund may be issued based on classes attended.
• Event registration: Refunds available up to 48 hours before the event
• Facility bookings: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund
• Donations: Generally non-refundable; contact us for exceptional circumstances

Facility Bookings

When booking our facilities, you agree to:

• Use the facility only for the approved purpose
• Respect the Islamic character of our premises
• Follow all facility rules and guidelines
• Leave the space clean and in its original condition
• Not exceed the maximum capacity
• Be responsible for your guests' conduct
• Report any damages immediately

You may be held liable for any damages to the facility during your booking period.

Donations

Donations made through our platform are voluntary contributions to support Al Azhar Foundation's mission and programs. By making a donation, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the funds are from legitimate sources. Tax receipts will be provided for eligible donations. Al Azhar Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Code of Conduct

All users of our services are expected to:

• Treat all community members with respect and dignity
• Maintain appropriate behavior on our premises
• Respect the Islamic values and principles of our organization
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
• Follow instructions from staff and volunteers
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

Violations of this code may result in removal from programs, events, or facilities without refund.
